History

With a history of over 50 years, RCM Technologies (RCMT) has built a reputation providing Engineering and Aftermarket Services tailored to both the military and commercial markets. We have employed and developed a staff of technical experts that continue to provide a record of credibility and performance to various government, military services, and commercial clients while operating in an efficient pricing structure. RCMT is comprised of five divisions: Health Care Services, Information Technology Services & Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, Energy and Process & Industrial. RCMT has Design Centers throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and Serbia.

The RCMT executives office is located in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Our Aerospace Engineering Services HQ is located in Shelton, Connecticut and our Aerospace Aftermarket HQ is located in Westerly, Rhode Island.

RCM Aerospace & Defense management is an active member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and Vertical Flight Society. A large portion of our employees are U.S. military veterans and degreed subject matter expertswith over 20 years average experience. Our base consists of full-time employees with benefits as opposed to some organizations which primarily use temporary contractors that frequently transition from job to job. 

Leadership Team

An esteemed figure in aerospace, Tina Ciocca is a key driver in developing strategic vision with a focus on technology and management. Her expertise helped shape RCM Aerospace & Defense. Tina's approach centers on relationship-building and delivering value added, technical solutions. Her 30-year career includes presidency at Butler America, LLC, and pivotal roles at Pratt & Whitney and Sikorsky Aircraft.

Henry Klautsch is our SVP of Sales & Business Development. With over 25 years of Aerospace & Defense experience, he held executive positions at Kelly Science, Engineering & Technology, Butler Aerospace and Defense, HCL America, Belcan, Northrop Grumman and Moog Aerospace. Henry has managed Embedded Systems Development teams for both commercial and military aerospace programs and holds degrees in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Mark Francis is SVP of Aerospace Engineering at RCMT. His leadership spans roles at Lockheed Martin and top aerospace manufacturing firms. His expertise covers Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing, Machining, Dynamic Component Assembly and Aerostructures. He's made international achievements in partnerships and production. Starting his 37-year career at Sikorsky Aircraft, Mark also holds Mechanical Engineering degrees from the University of New Haven and Boston University.

Denise Arciszewski leads all operations and business development for RCM Aerospace's Aftermarket Division. With leadership roles in Engineering and Program Management including at Collins Aerospace, she has driven over $100M+ revenue growth. She enhances RCMT’s Aftermarket services and fosters broader market growth. Denise holds both a BA degree in information technology and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

With a 10-year career in aerospace recruitment, James Ciocca, Senior Director at RCM Aerospace & Defense, has built a skilled team managing a range of staffing projects for OEM and Tier One clients, while consistently achieving the highest level of customer metrics. His team’s extensive hires in Aerospace & Defense and profound industry knowledge have fostered strong client relationships throughout the country with over 2,000+ hires. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England University.
